To better serve our Magic Valley area dental patients, we accept payments in the form of:
- Cash, Check
- Credit Card/Debit Card
- Care Credit Plan (an application is available at the front desk)
- Limited Payment Plans (on approval)
We accept most insurance programs, and we are in network with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Regence, and LifeMap. We will courtesy bill all dental insurances. Please call our dental office to verify that your insurance is accepted by us. If you have dental insurance, our experienced staff will do its best to estimate your patient amount due and verify eligibility; however, this is only an estimate. A true amount due will arrive in the form of a statement from our office as well as an explanation of benefits from your insurance company once the claim has been processed. The estimate due portion is due at the time of service in one of the payment forms listed above.
In addition to this, accounts that require additional statements may be assessed a processing fee of up to $15.00, as well as 1.75% interest. In order to avoid this additional service charge, it is important to make payment arrangements up front.
